We shot video at both the 2010 and 2011 Publishing Business Conference & Expo events to create marketing clips that would capture their overall feel and atmosphere and attract new attendees. Using both Sony EX1 and Canon 5D cameras (with 35mm lenses), we interviewed attendees, talked to businesses, and filmed exterior shots around New York City to promote the event’s location.
We spent a full day documenting a slice of Montessori life in order to help Caedmon bolster their outreach initiatives. There were several aspects of the school the client wanted to highlight in particular, so we visited the school a day before the shoot to storyboard and develop the shot list.
This three-camera webcast, designed to increase exposure for The Society of American Florists, featured an embedded Twitter feed that allowed viewers to direct their questions to the webcast hosts and interact with other viewers. Video Destination handled both the video production and webcasting parts of this job.
